I am an independent leadership coach who has been fortunate enough to spend time with some of the top leaders in the world of professional sports. I’ve spent my entire career in professional baseball, surrounded by world-class athletes, coaches, and executives focused on competing and performing at the highest level. I’ve seen the way these individuals think, plan, prepare, and perform. Watching these world-class individuals in action has inspired me to help others reach and maximize their potential and reach similar levels of success.

I completed the Organizational Leadership Coaching Certificate program at Northwestern University with the goal of learning how to cultivate and develop the next crop of elite performers. This program combined a research backed approach to leadership coaching with practical experience, allowing me to hone my skills in developing leaders, while remaining surrounded by the best in the world.

Clients of mine can expect to be met with empathy, curiosity, and desire to help them achieve their goals - serving as a thought partner and close confidant to help develop goals, understand new ways of thinking, and unlock solutions to problems.
